摘要:

明确主体责任,理顺合作关系,是当下学校、家庭、社会协同参与青少年体育活动促进需要解决的根本性问题。经历了学校单向主导到多维教育领域合作与联动结构优化的校家社合作关系演进,要求学校主导由服务供给主体到资源整合主体的职能升级,家庭责任由法定规约到主体自为的行为转变,社会支持由技术供给到综合服务的能力转型,实现由主体间的机械支配活动转向三种教育形态的平等互惠合作。以政策驱动、自主规约与契约合作为基础的物质与情感交换,既有权责约定的规定供给,也有平等契约的主体自为,表征的是道德自律与法定规约相互渗透的动力结构。校家社协同参与青少年体育活动促进要从交互结构创新、主体职能转变与理念认知更新等方面,加强外部环境营造与内部结构优化,推进合作行为自主化,合作过程程序化、合作意识自觉化,以实现各主体的协同合作从被动的权责依赖走向主动的互惠契约。

Abstract:

Clarifying the main participants’ responsibility and the cooperative relationship is the fundamental problem that needs to be solved when schools, families and society participate in the promotion of youth sports activities. The school-family-society relationship has experienced a transformation from schools being a one-way leader to multi-dimensional education cooperation. This requires the schools to upgrade their responsibilities from service providers to resource integrators. It also requires a change of families’ responsibilities from statutory regulations to self-serving behaviors and a change of social support from passive assistance to active cooperation to realize the transformation from mechanically driven activities among the subjects to an equal and mutually beneficial cooperation of the three educational participants. The material and emotional exchange based on policy-driven, contractual cooperation and autonomous regulations has not only the provision of rights and responsibilities agreement, but also the subject of equal contract, which represents the dynamic structure of the mutual infiltration of moral self-discipline and legal regulations. The promotion of cooperative participation in youth sports activities by school, family and society should strengthen the construction of external environment and the optimization of internal structure from the aspects of interaction structure innovation, participants function transformation and concept cognition update, and promote the autonomy of cooperative behavior, the procedural cooperation process and the consciousness of cooperation, so as to realize the cooperative cooperation of various subjects from passive dependence on right and responsibility to active reciprocity contract.
