深化体教融合背景下退役运动员转型体育教师的影响因素与作用机理

Influencing Factors and Mechanism of Retired Athletes’ Transformation into P.E. Teachers under Background of Sports and Education Integration

摘要:

加快推动退役运动员转型体育教师是中国式现代化进程中加强学校体育工作与促进退役运动员高质量充分就业的现实需要。采用文献资料、访谈、内容分析与解释结构模型等研究方法,基于Nvivo12与SPSSPRO工具对退役运动员转型体育教师的影响因素及其作用机理进行分析。研究发现,深化体教融合背景下退役运动员转型体育教师的影响因素由顶层制度设计、多元协同治理、学校内外环境、体教部门培训以及运动员转型动机5个关键因素构成。其作用机理体现在顶层制度设计与多元协同治理的直接影响提供了退役运动员转型体育教师的根本保障,学校内外环境与体教部门培训的中介作用创造了退役运动员转型体育教师的外源支持,运动员转型动机与学校内外环境、体教部门培训的链式中介作用激发了退役运动员转型体育教师的内生需求。

Abstract:

Accelerating the transformation of retired athletes into P.E. teachers is necessary to strengthen school P.E. and promote high-quality and full employment of retired athletes in the process of the Chinese path to modernization. Adopting literature review, interview, content analysis and explanatory structure model, based on Nvivo12 and SPSSPRO tools, this paper analyzed the influencing factors and mechanism of retired athletes’ transformation into P.E. teachers. It was found that the influencing factors of retired athletes’ transformation into P.E. teachers under the background of sports and education integration were composed of five key factors: top-level system design, management and governance mode, internal and external environment of schools, training of sports and education departments and motivation of athletes’ transformation. The mechanism of action included the direct impact of the top-level system design and multimember collaborative governance providing the fundamental guarantee for the transformation of P.E. teachers, the intermediary role of the internal and external environment of the school and the training of the P.E. departments creating the external support of the transformation of P.E. teachers; the chain intermediary role of athletes’ transformation motivation, internal and external environment of schools and training of P.E. departments stimulated the internal needs of retired athletes’ transformation into P.E. teachers.
