我国竞技体育科技创新体系整体效能提升的学理阐释与实践路径研究

摘要:

科技创新是推动竞技体育高质量发展的重要支撑,是实现高水平体育科技自立自强的重要保障。采用文献分析法和逻辑分析法,对我国竞技体育科技创新体系整体效能提升问题展开系统分析。研究认为,科技创新主体的协同合作、科技创新资源的集聚配置、科技创新平台的系统建设、科技创新网络的互联互通、科技创新环境的优化改善是提升竞技体育科技创新体系整体效能的五个维度。当前,我国竞技体育科技创新体系建设取得显著成效,但仍存在创新主体协同乏力、创新人才矛盾凸显、创新平台建设滞后、科技成果转化偏低、科技创新环境尚不完善等现实问题。研究提出,营造良好竞技体育科技创新环境,打造国家竞技体育战略科技力量,强化竞技体育科技创新协同治理,推进竞技体育科技创新人才高地建设,提升竞技体育科技成果转移转化能力,健全竞技体育科技攻关新型举国体制,积极融入全球竞技体育科技合作网络。

Abstract:

Scientific and technological innovation is an important support for promoting the high-quality development of competitive sports and an important guarantee for achieving self-reliance and self-reliance in high-level sports science and technology. Adopting literature review and logical analysis, this paper systematically analyzes the problems in improving the overall efficiency of the competitive sports science and technology innovation system in China. The research believes that the collaborative cooperation of scientific and technological innovation entities, the aggregation and allocation of scientific and technological innovation resources, the systematic construction of scientific and technological innovation platforms, the interconnection of scientific and technological innovation networks, and the optimization and improvement of the scientific and technological innovation environment are the five dimensions. At present, China’s competitive sports science and technology innovation system has achieved remarkable achievements, but there are still practical problems such as weak coordination among innovation entities, prominent contradictions among innovative talents, lagging in the construction of innovation platforms, low transformation of scientific and technological achievements, and imperfect scientific and technological innovation environment. Currently, China's competitive sports science and technology innovation system has achieved remarkable progress. However, several challenges exist, including weak collaboration among innovation entities, prominent talent shortages, lagging platform development, low conversion rates of scientific achievements, and an incomplete innovation ecosystem. To address these issues, the study proposes countermeasures such as fostering a conducive environment for competitive sports sci-tech innovation, building national strategic sci-tech capabilities in competitive sports, strengthening collaborative governance in sports sci-tech innovation, developing high-level talent hubs for sports technology, enhancing the transfer and commercialization of sports-related scientific achievements, improving the new nationwide system for key sports technology breakthroughs and actively integrating into global networks of sports science and technology cooperation.
