数智赋能主动健康管理:实践样态、建构策略与驱动路径

Digital Intelligence Enabled Proactive Health Management: Practice Pattern,Construction Strategy and Driving Path

摘要:

运用文献资料法、实地调研法、案例分析法,对数智赋能主动健康管理的底层逻辑、实践样态、建构策略、现实挑战、驱动路径进行系统梳理。数智赋能主动健康管理的底层逻辑表现为以智能穿戴设备和辅助器械为工具,以健康数据要素为驱动,以数字平台赋能为突破。数智赋能主动健康管理的建构策略体现在技术集成融合基础上实现人机交互,并从生物、心理、医学三个维度推进服务范式创新。当前数智赋能主动健康管理的实践工作中仍面临智能化场景创建不足、健康大数据驱动效用低下、供需端不匹配的内部阻碍,也存在政策文本失位、科技转化动力不足、应用标准缺失的外部阻碍。从环境、组织、技术三个维度分别提出数智赋能主动健康管理的内部与外部驱动路径。

Abstract:

Literature review, fieldwork, and case analyses were adopted to reveal the logic, patterns, strategies, challenges, and driving paths of digital intelligence enabled proactive health management. The logic of digital intelligence enabled proactive health management was taking smart wearable devices and assistive devices as tools, health data as drivers, and digital platform empowerment as breakthroughs. The strategies were to realize human-computer interaction on the basis of technology integration and fusion, and to promote the paradigm innovation of services from biological, psychological, and medical dimensions. The current difficulties included insufficient intelligent scenarios, low utility of health big data, and a mismatch between supply and demand. There were also lack of policy, insufficient motivation for scientific and technological transformations, and lack of application standards. Based on this, countermeasures were put forward from aspects of environment, organization and technology.
